No added sugar – Tofu protein chocolate pudding

Tofu is normally associated with savory dishes but it also makes for a great dessert base. It’s creamy, satisfying and easy to flavor. This dessert takes no more than five minutes to make so it’s great for when you need a quick sweet-tasting fix without any added sugar. High in protein and very low in carbs and sugar, this dessert will satisfy your hunger and sugar cravings without leading to weight gain so fits perfect on your no sugar diet challenge.

Ingredients – 2 Servings

1 350-gram pack firm tofu – silken style
60 grams chocolate-flavored whey protein powder
2 tablespoons no-added-sugar drinking chocolate


Place the tofu, protein powder, and drinking chocolate into a deep bowl and mash with a fork until a smooth mixture forms. Add a little water if necessary. Once the mixture is free of lumps, spoon it into two pots and then chill for a couple of hours until the mixture becomes firm.
