  1. I just am curious about what containers the shake replaces if you were to have it for breakfast. How would I know how much fruits and whatever else I used left for the day?

    Hi, I’ve sent my email. I’d love the links for the matrix for containers for my target weight goal/calories. And I’d love shake recipe links.
    I”m just starting. I have the containers, but I don’t have the book to tell me how many of each color I should use daily for MY target calorie goals. I feel silly for asking.
