Superfood Chia Pudding

Probiotics are very important for your gut health. The better shape your digestive system is in, the better your body will function and that includes your ability to burn fat and control cravings. This chia and superfood pudding bowl is super tasty, easy to make, and very VERY good for you. It makes a great breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients – Serves 2:

  • 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons chia seed
  • 2 scoops superfood powder, I use SuperGreen of Amazing Grass, why ? I explain here.
  • 1-2 drops of stevia (this is a very good one available on amazon.com)
  • For the topping: a handful of blackberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and cinnamon

Method:

Add all ingredients other apart from the toppings to a large mason jar. Secure lid tightly and shake well until all ingredients are combined. Place the jar in the fridge and chill overnight. By morning, the mixture will have developed a pudding-like consistency. Pour out into a bowl and add your toppings.
