Simple Recipes for 2 for Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends but, what if you have a small family, and your wife, husband, or partner is your best friend? Most Thanksgiving recipes are for four, six, or more servings, and that’s a lot of food when you are a couple!

Of course, you could save the remnants of a big meal, and have the leftovers the next day, but that’s not always the best option. Sometimes, smaller meals and fewer servings are best.
