In order to prepare this yummy dessert indulgence, you’ll need to put two tablespoons of the oil into a microwave-safe dish. Nuke it for thirty seconds until it’s in liquid form. Next, add four tablespoons of the drink mix and combine with the oil until properly mixed. Then, divvy up the batter between eight mini-muffin tray spaces. Next, freeze your dessert for just five minutes.

At this stage, you’ll need to take the muffin tray out of your freezer. After you do this, put ½ a teaspoon on every chocolate disk. Then, spread the all-natural peanut butter over the solid chocolate, using a bread knife. Lastly, melt the rest of the oil in the microwave. Then, mix in the rest of the meal replacement shake. Pour this over the first layers of the dessert. Then, freeze for half an hour.

  1. Hi, two questions:

    In the peanut butter cup recipe, how much is “the rest” in the sentence? “Then, mix in the rest of the meal replacement shake.” The recipe doesn’t start out with a total amount of powder. Also, what are the cups per serving?

    • Have you considered putting the color and servings relation to the portion control cups that go with the Fixate cookbook?
