No bread & No Sugar – beef and horseradish wrap

When it comes to quick lunches, it’s all too easy to just grab some bread and whatever filling you have available to make a bland, functional, boring, fattening sandwich. In contrast, this bread-free wrap is not only filling and packed with taste, it’s high in fat-fighting protein and is low in calories, sugar, and fat, And, even better, you can put it together in minutes. I especially like the heat of the horseradish combined with the natural sweetness of the raspberries but if you want to cut out even natural sugar, skip the raspberries altogether. Remember, natural occurring sugar is totally ok on a no sugar diet.
