Low Carb Ideas – Sesame Baby Carrots

I love carrots – especially sweet baby carrots. They are great to snack on, really good for you, and low in carbs too. Their sweet taste can help alleviate any sugar cravings you might be suffering from but without undoing your diet. This simple recipe jazzes up carrots to make them even yummier! Ingredients – serves two

2 cups baby carrots

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Pinch of dried thyme

Pinch of sea salt


Toss carrots with sesame seeds, thyme and kosher salt in a small bowl.
